Terms and Conditions for Bushbuck Corporate Product Portal

Order Authorisation: Orders placed through the Portal using your Company log-in are considered final and authorised upon submission. Please do not share log-in details with employees who are not authorised to submit orders.

Accuracy of Information: You must ensure all order details are accurate before submission.

Product Availability: Orders are subject to product availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

Pricing : Product prices are subject to change and are inclusive of GST. Shipping fees are added at the check-out.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required prior to shipping and the remaining 50% must be settled within 30 days from the invoice date, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Shipping and Delivery: We aim for timely delivery, but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
